Alpha Crew provided essential technical and logistical support across multiple Fashion Week events for Bureau Betak, covering Paris, New York, and Madrid. Our teams were deployed on six high-profile shows: Louboutin and Gabriela Hearst in Paris, Off-White and Michael Kors in New York, Carolina Herrera in Madrid, and COS in Brooklyn.
Across these events, our crews worked intensively over multiple days, contributing hundreds of hours of expertise. For Louboutin, 34 crew members worked 309 hours over eight days, while Gabriela Hearst’s Paris show required 38 crew over 296 hours across eight days. In New York, Off-White had 60 crew working 472 hours over four days, and Michael Kors saw 70 crew members contributing 756 hours across five days. In Madrid, Carolina Herrera’s show involved 32 crew over 384 hours during six days, and COS in Brooklyn had 99 crew working 856 hours over eight days.
Our role encompassed a wide range of critical tasks to ensure the smooth running of each show. This included stage and scenic setup, preparing and installing lighting equipment, and providing load-in and load-out support for technical departments. Alpha Crew also handled equipment management, moved materials, assisted with installations, and contributed wherever needed to support the production teams. By taking on these essential responsibilities, our teams helped guarantee that each event ran seamlessly and professionally, supporting high-profile runway shows for top brands including Louboutin, Off-White, Gabriela Hearst, Michael Kors, Carolina Herrera, and COS.
