Identity brought Alpha Crew in to help build and dismantle two activation zones at the Milan Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics, one for spectators and one for VIP guests.
Identity's production team needed a reliable crew to deliver two activation zones on a tight Olympic schedule. The spaces had to be ready for spectators and VIP clients ahead of the Games, then taken down safely once they were over.
Alpha Crew supplied 30 crew working 10 to 12 hour days from January through February, then returned in April for the dismantle.
