What Event Crew do Behind the Scenes

The role of an event crew behind the scenes at Fashion Week is often, limitless. There are many areas that are covered by the team but these can often bleed into other areas, or troubleshooting and last minute changes can adjust the plan on the day. At their core, event crew are responsible for:

- Venue setup: Installing staging, seating, flooring, displays, and ensuring safety compliance at all times.

- AV: Supporting technical setup including lighting, sound and audio-visual.

- Backstage coordination: Assisting with smooth movement between fittings, prep and quick turnarounds.

Every role contributes to the final seamless experiences seen by guests, clients and press.
