From international Fashion Weeks to major sporting moments and live entertainment - here are some of our top jobs of 2025.

Fashion Week

We’ve been working on Fashion Weeks in London for quite a few years now, and this year was our biggest yet with our teams deployed across 4 global locations. Our skilled event crew had the absolute honor of working on London, New York, Paris and Madrid Fashion Week this year. The team had to manage fast turnarounds, multiple venues and tight show schedules. Their teamwork, dedication and strong communication meant they delivered the same level of precision that we are known for across all capitals.

The BAFTA Awards

One of the most prestigious TV & Film awards in the UK, we were thrilled to provide our crew for this year's BAFTA’s. This high profile event required working within strict timings and managing necessary security protocols. In order to support a live, broadcast-focused environment, preparation was essential and mattered as much as execution.

Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity

Our South of France crew were thrilled to return to Cannes for the fifth year in a row. From vibrant beachfront builds to high-spec villa takeovers and bespoke pop-ups, our crews provided essential support at every stage - ensuring smooth, efficient delivery across a packed and fast-moving schedule. Throughout the entire festival, Alpha Crew brought consistency, professionalism, and problem-solving to each site. We ensured our clients could focus on delivering outstanding experiences for their audiences.

Boardmasters Festival

Festival season is always a busy one for us here at Alpha Crew. One of the biggest events in our festival calendar is Boardmasters in the South East of England. With long build periods followed by live event support, this project required careful planning and consistent delivery from start to finish. Large crews were deployed across multiple areas of the site, working simultaneously to keep everything moving safely and efficiently. It’s the kind of event that relies on experience, resilience and strong teamwork, particularly when conditions are demanding and schedules are tight.

Women’s Rugby World Cup

Supporting a large-scale international sporting event like the Women’s Rugby World Cup meant balancing precision with pace. A strong focus on safety, crowd flow and operational timing was essential throughout, particularly across busy match days. Delivery relied on close coordination between multiple teams, ensuring everything ran smoothly both on and off the pitch.

Crufts

One of the many things we love about our industry is how diverse it is. We could be working on a film set on a Monday and at a major music festival on Friday. Events aren’t just for humans - they’re for animals too! We were really excited to work at Crufts this year. This event required precision in an unusual environment, working within a highlight regulated and specialist setting. Our crew were required to manage technical and operational needs around live competition.

PFA Awards

As a one-night event, the PFA Awards allowed no room for error. Awards shows rely on tight schedules, smooth transitions and precise timing throughout, with much of the work happening behind the scenes. Supporting the production team within a short delivery window meant meeting high expectations while ensuring everything ran seamlessly on the night.

Salesforce

Salesforce Tour event is a huge event in the calendar. Supporting a major global brand conference like Salesforce showed that corporate events are rarely simple. With high production values and strict brand guidelines to work to, delivery needed to be precise throughout. The project involved seamless coordination across multiple spaces, ensuring each area operated smoothly and to the same standard.

Oasis Reunion

It was an honour to be a part of the long awaited and highly anticipated return of Oasis this year. Delivering live music at scale meant supporting large crowds alongside fast-paced load-ins and load-outs. Close coordination between technical and stage crew was essential to keep everything running efficiently under tight timelines. With high energy and constant pressure, maintaining consistent standards was key throughout the project.

The London E-Prix

Supporting the London E-Prix Formula E event combined on-site operations with complex online production. Crews managed the physical e-racing setup while coordinating live feeds and technical systems for the digital audience. The project demanded precision, adaptability, and close teamwork to ensure both the in-person and online experiences ran seamlessly.

South by Southwest Film Festival

Originally started in the States, we were delighted to provide event crew and technical support for SXSW London across various locations in Shoreditch this year. With multiple formats running side by side, our crew worked across venues to keep builds, transitions and live moments moving smoothly. It was a fast-paced project that relied on flexibility, clear communication and experienced delivery throughout.

Glastonbury

We were honoured to return to Glastonbury again this year. Being one of the world's most famous music festivals, it’s a high pressure event that showcases our crews passion, excellent teamwork skills and their expertise. Working alongside lots of other incredible teams across a large site with multiple stages, puts their communication skills to the test, and they delivered as always.

The Friends Experience

Delivering The Friends Experience this year at the Montparnasse Gallery in Paris required a detailed, visitor-focused approach. The build demanded precision to protect set elements while maintaining a smooth flow for high volumes of attendees. Close collaboration between the different crew teams involved ensured a consistent experience throughout the run.

The World Economic Forum

The World Economic Forum brings together global leaders from business, politics, academia, and civil society to address major world issues through public-private cooperation. We provided crew support for their annual meeting Davos, Switzerland in 2025. Logistics, access and timing were critical, with multiple stakeholders involved across a tight schedule. The project relied on discretion, efficiency and strong coordination at every stage.

Mobile World Congress

Another staple in our calendar, our crew returned to Mobile World Congress at Fira Gran Via in Barcelona. MWC is one of the largest and most complex tech events globally, requiring extensive coordination across multiple halls and build phases. High production standards, tight deadlines and large-scale installations demanded experienced crews and detailed planning. Seamless collaboration amongst our crew and other teams ensured smooth delivery from build to breakdown.

What linked all fifteen projects wasn’t their size or profile, but the level of planning, teamwork and adaptability required behind the scenes. From global stages to single-night events, 2025 was about delivering consistently - whatever the brief.
